Held at Venue 6 of KLIBF, the session witnessed a target-packed audience, with strong participation from readers and festival attendees. Owing to the engaging dialogue and audience interest, the discussion was extended beyond the scheduled time, reflecting the depth of interaction and response.

Titled “Pause, Breathe, Grateful and the Art of Slowing Down,” the conversation invited participants to reflect on the relevance of slowing down amid constant stimulation, performance pressure, and information overload. The panel discussed how intentional pauses, self-reflection, and gratitude can serve as grounding tools in everyday life.

Audience members actively participated during the interaction segment, sharing personal reflections and engaging in thoughtful exchanges with the panelists. The session evolved into an open conversation rather than a formal literary discussion, making it accessible and relatable to a wide range of listeners.

The Kerala Legislative International Book Festival continues to serve as a significant cultural platform, bringing together authors, thinkers, educators, and readers from across the country. Sessions such as this highlighted the festivals emphasis on dialogue, ideas, and meaningful engagement with literature beyond conventional book readings.
