According to rumors, Justice P. T. Asha ordered Vishal to submit his four bank statements on September 12 along with information on his and his family members’ movable and immovable assets. However, the actor missed the deadline for submitting the affidavits, which enraged the court’s judges.

Don’t assume you are a big deal in society; you are just another petitioner before the court, Justice PT Asha said. Don’t let your image consume your thoughts. The actor stood before the court, and the judge saw everything happen in plain view. Additionally, the actor expressed regret for his absence on September 19.

For Vishal, senior attorney Arvind Pandian appeared in court and uploaded online all of the bank records and information on the paperwork pertaining to moveable and immovable assets. He also said that the paperwork and bank statements took longer than anticipated, making it impossible for them to be filed on the day set by the court.

The council also disclosed information on two bank accounts and asset records that Vishal owns. According to these records, the actor has three vehicles, one bike, and has been making payments on the bank loan his father took out.

The whole situation began when Vishal borrowed Rs 21.29 crore from Anbu Chezhian of Gopuram Films. When the money was still owed, Lyca Productions offered to help Anbu Chezhian on the condition that Vishal would pay back the whole sum plus interest at a rate of 30% annually.

Vishal did not, however, make the required payments, thus Lyca Production brought a lawsuit against the actor in the High Court.
