<p>The firm claimed that it had appealed TDS rulings claiming underdeduction of tax at source for assessment years 2013–2014 to 2018–19 before the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals), Mumbai, in a late-night filing on Friday.</p>
<p>According to the statement, the corporation might potentially lose 228.49 crore rupees as a result.</p>
<p>The appeals against the firm were decided by orders issued by the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals), Mumbai, which were received by the company on September 7, 2023.</p>
<p>According to Tata Communications, “the business filed an appeal against these rulings before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal on September 8, 2023.</p>
